Young Living Purification Essential Oils

It’s still winter here in MN. Spring is coming according to the calendar, but it may be a while before I can open my windows and let in the fresh air. The house is starting to feel musty and we’ve had a bit of flu in the family so I want that fresh air more than ever. With so many deodorizing and air-freshening products on the market, it is nice to know that I can do more than just mask the odors. Even better, I can use a blend of essential oils from Young Living that doesn’t have any of the toxins in many of those air fresheners at the grocery store.

The essential oils used in this blend have a variety of benefits in addition to neutralizing odors.

Citronella essential oil is widely used as an insect repellent. It is also mildly stimulating.

Lemongrass essential oil has a calming effect and has long been used for digestive support.

Rosemary cineol essential oil is supports the immune, respiratory, and nervous systems.

Melaleuca essential oil (also know as Tea Tree Oil) can comfort and beautify the appearance of skin.

•Lavandin essential oil is not the same as Lavender although they share many qualities. It has a sharper scent, and is more penetrating. It can relieve itching and swelling associated with insect bites and stings.

Myrtle essential oil has a pleasant and elevating aroma. It soothes skin and moods.

Try Purification this Spring. Diffuse it to freshen the air in your home, or add a drop in the washer to freshen your laundry. (And don’t forget to keep it around when Spring turns to Summer and the mosquitos appear.)
