Here goes! Week 4:
1. No electronics after 10 pm.
2. Make home cooked meals 5/7 days.
3. Detox bath.

I had a power day and completed what I had planned for week 4 already! Cleaning out the spare bedroom. So I will add working out 3x this week to my earlier goals for the month. Thanks so much for putting together this challenge!!

My week 4 challenge is to continue with my gratitude journal and all electronics and TV will be turned off by 10:30 PM and no candy crush for the week.
Focusing on a single habit all month was a fabulous idea. Do you feel it has become more engrained the past few weeks? Will you keep it up past February?
I have committed to sitting on my yoga mat daily. If I feel moved to do a pose, I will. Also adding in a daily meditation.
I am committing to having more fun this week. I can be very focused and driven at work, and with my workouts…..and tend to forget about having fun along the way. I am also committing to getting to bed earlier. 🙂
I commit to being in bed by 10:30 no techie device.
I commit to drinking a minimum of 80 ounces of H2O each day.
I commit to positive thoughts about those that may rub me the wrong way.
This week is the beginning of 3 weeks of major activity and stress. One of my sons is getting married on the 14th, so I have some prep to get ready for that. I also have to gather all my info for taxes for my family. My goal for the week is to get things done and not get overwhelmed.
