Comment below with what your commitment to YOU is for the week! 28 Comments Laura Erdman-Luntz on February 8, 2015 at 6:31 pm My commitment for this week is a daily one. I commit to sitting on my yoga mat DAILY even for just a few minutes! Reply Melissa Jewett on February 8, 2015 at 7:38 pm Last week I spread myself too thin. This week I’m committing to taking one night off to spoil myself. I’m thinking a nice long detox soak. I’m also committing to eating home cooked meals. Too much junk in lately. Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 3:12 am Oooo! Home cooked. Yum! Reply Lynn Shuck on February 8, 2015 at 7:49 pm I am on my way with one week down of regular meals. I also managed to sit and watch a movie one night (a weekly goal of mine). This week, I’ll keep up the healthier eating and the movie night, and My New Goal is daily meditation. I’ve done it off and on throughout my adult life, and it’s time it returned to my daily activities with real intention behind it. (The intention this year is Abundance). Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 3:11 am Love it! And, what luck, there’s an OIL for that! 🙂 Reply Tracy Whipple on February 8, 2015 at 7:58 pm I was successful in keeping two of my actions of the week. Week two, I plan to accomplish all three. Leaving my iPad out of the bedroom has been very helpful to achieving a good night’s sleep. Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 3:11 am Love it! Reply Tara on February 8, 2015 at 9:20 pm This week I am starting a 21 day sugar detox! Any oils help with that? Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 3:11 am Citrus oils, especially grapefruit, is suppose to curb sugar cravings. Reply Natalie Luntz-Martin on February 10, 2015 at 3:08 pm I’ve read in a reference guide that Purification is a support for sugar “addiction” Reply Lisa p on February 9, 2015 at 12:23 am This week I will cook fron scratch more Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 3:10 am Okay, so be more specific. What would feel successful to you? One meal a day? Three meals a week? Reply Kate on February 9, 2015 at 12:46 am My goal is to establish a daily bedtime routine that will help me get at least 7 hours of quality non-medicated sleep a night. Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 3:10 am Oooo! That’s a great one! Do you use oils to help you sleep without medication? Reply kate on February 9, 2015 at 4:52 pm currently i have an arsenal to help me sleep 🙁 1. white noise machine set to rain 2. diffuser with peace and calming 3. my oil spray that Leah Day-Sanderson originally made for me. (I put in 8 drops lavendar, 4 drops joy and then fill the rest of the bottle 50/50 vodka and water) 4. and a melatonin or unisom type pill. I’m hoping to set a routine that will help me sleep without this last one every night at the very least!! Reply Laura Erickson on February 9, 2015 at 4:40 am Since it takes 30 days to make a habit, I’d like to continue my commitments from last week and I added a new one. 1. Read 30 minutes before bed. 2. No technology after 10pm (on school nights). 3. No pop. Period. 4. Go to the gym 3 times per week. 5. Vegetarian meals 5 days a week. Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 6:37 pm Perfect! Reply Angela on February 9, 2015 at 5:56 am I will continue to in my gratitude journal this week and drink at least 100oz of water each day with an oil of my choosing. Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 6:38 pm Yum! Reply Lisa Cole on February 9, 2015 at 6:14 pm I have started a weight loss competition so my goal this week is to walk at least 10,000 steps every day. Reply Simply Serendipity on February 9, 2015 at 6:39 pm Good for you! Reply Andrea Roers on February 9, 2015 at 7:07 pm Moxie Week 2: I will continue to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day (week 1 challenge) and I will be technology free after 10:00PM each day. Reply Julie Sopoci on February 9, 2015 at 8:35 pm I will continue my week 1 commitment, and this week I plan to get a massage (or at least the appointment, if my favorite massage therapist can’t fit me in this week) in my ongoing attempts to solve stiffness and achey joints. Reply Terri Powell on February 10, 2015 at 2:24 am Continue increased water intake and add no pop this week. Reply Katy on February 10, 2015 at 4:39 pm I’m going on vacation this week, so instead of running around and being a tourist, I am going to relax and enjoy the moment. The first thing I did to achieve that is cancel my trip to Disneyworld, in favor of some beach time and a sunset. And I will also not be checking Facebook as much during vacation time 🙂 Reply Mary on February 10, 2015 at 4:53 pm Being present and accomplishing something on my to do list daily. Eating with thought. Yoga daily and running or walking or biking..(already did a 6 mile run today in sleet..wo woo) and exploring my oils more… Reply Natalie Luntz-Martin on February 10, 2015 at 3:10 pm I’m continuing my 3 from last week (mediations, yoga time, and juice affirmations) and adding in 1-2 mini workouts/day. Love a good challenge! Reply shaunie on February 14, 2015 at 10:45 pm My commitment this week is to drink at least 2 6 ounces of water per day.
